    This studio has a queen bed, a bath, a kitchenette with a  refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. Included is a gas fireplace, television, DVD and VCR. Sleeps 2.

The Evergreen includes coffee pot and coffee, dishes and cooking utensils, towels, linens, and use of the Clubhouse  and Game Room.

Two-night minimum apply to all Holidays.       Non-smoking and no pets, please.
